Terms of Service

Last updated: September 7, 2026

Website use

This website provides general information and a way to request washer and dryer rental availability. You agree to provide accurate information and not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the website.

Availability and pricing

Advertised pricing begins at $60 per month. Final pricing, equipment, delivery timing, service eligibility, deposits, fees, and rental terms depend on location and availability and will be confirmed before any rental agreement.

No rental agreement online

Submitting a form does not reserve equipment, guarantee service, or create a rental agreement. A rental begins only after the parties accept the applicable written terms.

Installation and service

Installation requires a safe, accessible location with compatible hookups. Maintenance coverage, customer responsibilities, damage, relocation, returns, and cancellation are governed by the final rental agreement.

Intellectual property

Website text, branding, graphics, and design may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the website is provided as available without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised date. Questions may be directed to (407) 535-5640.
